Sikament-9 is used to achieve concrete strength in a short period of time. Add about 0.6% to 2.5% of cement and use it
Dosage must be weighed and added to achieve desired concrete strength.
By adding sikament-9 (1%), the concrete strength that can be obtained in 28 days of plain concrete can be obtained in 3 to 7 days.
Sikament-9 does not have a retarder, so the working time is only 2 hours, so it is used only in places where working time is not needed.
As a superplasticizer, Sikament-9 is used for flowing concrete in : - Slabs and foundations - Walls and columns - Slender components with densely packed reinforcement - Beams and ceilings As a substantial water reducing agent, Sikament-9 is used where high early and ultimates strength is required, such as : - Prestressed concrete surfaces - Concrete elements manufactured in precast factories, where rapid emoulding and early load application is required - Bridges and cantilever structures
If you add 1% dosage, you should add about Sikament-9 (0.5 liter) (half a bottle of water) per bag of cement
